South end below Dallas Road. Open grass, ocean views, one of the most popular dog spots in the city.

Victoria West Park

Fenced with separate large/small dog areas. Near Spinnakers brewpub for a post-play patio visit.

Topaz Park

Off-leash zone

Central location with flat terrain, mature trees, and open grass. Popular for morning and evening walks.

Dallas Road Off-Leash Area

Dog rules in Victoria

  • Dogs must be leashed in all public spaces unless signage indicates an off-leash area.
  • Fines for off-leash violations: $150 to $300.
  • Poop and scoop required. Fines: $100 to $250.
  • No specific retractable leash ban, but fixed-length leashes recommended.
