Yes. Lido Waterfront Bar and Bistro, technically just outside Oak Bay municipal boundaries on the waterfront side of the causeway to the Oak Bay Marina, welcomes dogs on its patio. It is a 10-minute walk from the Oak Bay Avenue strip along Beach Drive, past the Oak Bay Recreation Centre and the waterfront homes.
