    Good afternoon,
My name is Deanna Schaper-Kotter, I am the game and events associate for the BC Lions Football Club.
For our home-game on August 19th, we are planning on having a dog show perform during our half-time show. We have usually used a company called “Super Fly Dogs,” however, they are unavailable to perform on that date. We have already advertised to our fans that the date for the dog show will be on August 19th, so we are unable to change the date. The dog show is one of the most popular half-time show performances and our fans look forward to it every year!
I was wondering if you might have any information about companies that perform dog-shows in Victoria or if you knew anyone with information they could pass along to me.
We are looking at hiring a dog show company to perform for 9 minutes during our half-time show on August 19th. Kick-off would be at about 1:00pm which means half-time would be at around 2:30pm.
Any information that you could give me would be extremely helpful!
Thank you very much, I look forward to hearing from you soon!

I think the SPCA  care a lot about animals…. but this show is a carbon copy of Doggy Idol which started in 2010.  Can't they come up with their own ideas? or do they simply have to copy others doing good work in the community for rescue animals.  I used to donate to SPCA but no more! ……shame on you SPCA…God, for the big bucks you pay your staff including your community relations and event person I would kinda think you could come up with your own clever ideas…geez

Hap, this wasn't an SPCA-organized event. It was put on by Delta Ocean Pointe Resort and Spa who were kind enough to donate the proceeds to the SPCA.
